My Chinese official name is Sun Jin, and my English name is Marlow. I am a Chinese litigtion lawyer, specializing in transnational litigations, and I am mainly practicing in Ningbo city, Zhejiang province, P. R. China. And I am a team leader of a team of lawyers, hence I also have colleagues who are good at family law. In passed 16 years, I had worked for nearly one thousand of clients from about 70 nations all over the world, and most of them are companies of transnational trade business or forwarding and logistics who had business relaitonships with Chinese companies, and foreign banks who has Chinese clients and so on, while all them have some problems and disputes with Chinese companies or individuals, or scammed by Chinese compnies / individuals. And my team also helped with some foreign clients with their family law cases including divorce cases in China.

I first entered the practice of law in 2006 with a specialty of transnational commercial litigation. And I once has a law firm of our own with my former partners, and now I joined the Ningbo office of top-tier law firm in China.
